2 cups brown gravy (can, jar or dry mix, prepared )
1/2 bermuda or other sweet onion, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1 tsp. Roasted garlic
1 raw clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup of red wine (for red meats) or white wine (for lighter meats)
1 tsp. Fresh chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
Salt
Fresh Ground pepper

Great as a sauce for meatballs too! This recipe would cover approximately 20-25 meatballs.
