Ingredients
Sliced Artisan Bread,
Butter or Olive Oil,
Shredded or Shaved Parmesan Cheese,
Roasted Garlic (See Hint),
Salt,
Fresh Ground Pepper
Directions
Coat bread slices with butter or olive oil, salt and pepper. Toast on griddle or outdoor grill. Spread roasted garlic over toasted bread and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Cook's Note:
Hint: For easy roasted garlic, cut off top of garlic bulb. Leave root and intact. Wrap bulb in foil with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast at 375° for approximately 1 hour. When garlic is cool, hold bulb by root end and squeeze out garlic into container.
